Just for Fun!

Okay! So, as a follow up from last week, now let’s take a step back from things that are hard (like challenging behaviors) … to things that are light, playful and fun!

It’s really important to always find a way to laugh with our kids, smile, connect, and form positive episodic memories because “upward spirals of positive emotion counter downward spirals of negativity” (Broaden-and-Build Theory of Positive Emotions, Fredrickson).

I hope you enjoy this curated collection of posts that definitely make ME chuckle. They include a blooper reel of IRL moments with the boys, an introduction to our cat Snowy, and my son’s idea of a clean room, among others.

I’m going to take next Sunday off, so I’d love for you to take this time to dig in to the other finished collections if you haven’t had a chance to do so yet!

Enjoy and have a great week!
