Bright & Quirky Summit 2022
Happy Sunday Everyone!
I am excited to share specific details with you about the Bright & Quirky Child Summit 2022. This will be a GREAT summit packed with valuable information that resonates with my way of thinking. Many of the experts whom I have learned from over the years (Barry Prizant, Sarah Ward, Ross Greene, Daniel Siegel, Stephen Porges, Kristy Forbes… to name a few) are part of the Bright & Quirky community, so I am confident the new summit will not disappoint. Humbly, I am also part of the summit this year… and am so very honored by this! I would love for you all to join us. Importantly, it’s FREE!
The Summit runs for 5 days: April 4th – April 8th. To follow is some quick information for you on the content, and highlights that I am personally looking forward to!
Day 1: Discover What’s Possible!
This day will focus on unlocking your child’s potential, while also taking care of yourself. Among the lineup are Debbie Reber (author of Differently Wired, and creator of Tilt Parenting Podcast), and Ned Johnson (co-author of The Self Driven-Child).
Day 2: Challenging Behaviors and Emotional Regulation
This day homes in on something that is probably on our minds a lot: behaviors! Mona Delahooke, PhD, author of Beyond Behaviors, kicks this day off discussing how to use neuroscience to stop managing behavior and start raising joyful kids.
Day 4: Neurodiversity & Autism
Here’s my day! My interview is titled Using Declarative Language to Decrease Power Struggles with Demand Avoidant Kids. Also on this day is an interview with Dr. Barry Prizant (pioneering researcher, author of Uniquely Human, and a professor of mine in graduate school!).
Day 5: Anxiety, Picky Eating & More!
Mindfulness, teen anxiety, ARFID and PANDAS are among the topics discussed on Day 5.
You can register now and will have access to the recordings as they are released.
Have a great week!
